Why youth?

Young people are capable of incredible things especially when they have exposure to inspiring ideas. When they are empowered, they build the courage to believe in themselves. They are comfortable trying new things and have the confidence to take risks knowing that failure is a step toward progress, not a sign to give up. Some, however, need help acquiring the tools to build their confidence.

We offer help to build a solid career path as soon as they are ready for employment. We also give the needed support for those who are starting their own projects. That little support they get after graduation or at the stage of transforming ideas into reality can go a long way in shaping and stabilising them in their career journey.
